Typically, many companies refuse to process copper with lasers. There are two reasons for this: "There is a risk of the machine breaking due to laser reflection" and "The materials are very expensive, and failures can result in significant losses." At Kaneyoshi, we are equipped with a "fiber laser processing machine" that can handle copper processing without issues, and we can process plates up to 10mm thick. To ensure a clean finish, we do not use full-speed and full-power cutting, which tends to result in low-quality outcomes; instead, we cut with slightly reduced output to deliver high-quality products.
